Ultimate Setup Guide
Welcome to the Voco IPTV setup center. We have created this comprehensive guide to help you install and configure our service on any device. Follow the steps carefully for the best 4K streaming experience.
Amazon Firestick & Fire TV
Unlock Developer Options
Before installing the Voco app, we need to allow "Unknown Sources".
- Go to Settings (Gear icon) on the far right of the home menu.
- Select My Fire TV.
- Select About.
- Important: Highlight the first option (Fire TV Stick) and click the center button on your remote 7 TIMES fast until you see a message "No need, you are already a developer".
- Press the back button once. You will now see Developer Options.
- Open it and Turn ON Apps from Unknown Sources.
Install "Downloader" App
Since IPTV apps aren't in the Amazon Store, we use Downloader to get them.
- Go to the Find/Search option on the home screen.
- Type "Downloader".
- Select the orange app icon and click Download/Get.
- Open the app and allow access to files when prompted.
Download Ibo Player Pro
Enter our direct download code into the Downloader app URL box.
(Or enter URL: https://iboproapp.com/ibopro.apk)
Click Go. Wait for the file to download, then click Install.
Login & Watch
Open the installed Voco IPTV App. You will see a login screen.
- Username: (Check your email)
- Password: (Check your email)
- Click Add User or Login.
- Allow the playlist to load (this may take 1-2 minutes for the first time). Enjoy!
Android Mobile & TV Boxes
Method A: IPTV Smarters Pro (Recommended)
The easiest way to watch on Android phones or tablets.
- Open Google Play Store and search for "IPTV Smarters Pro" or "Dev IPTV Pro".
- Install the app.
- Open it and select "Login with Xtream Codes API".
- Enter the details sent to your email (Name, Username, Password, URL).
Method B: Direct APK (For Unlocked Features)
If you prefer our custom app without ads.
- Open Chrome Browser on your device.
- Go to this URL:
Download the APK file and tap to install. (You may need to allow "Install from Chrome").
iPhone, iPad & Apple TV
Install "Smarters Player Lite"
Apple has strict rules, but this app is 100% legal and available on the App Store.
- Open the App Store.
- Search for "Smarters Player Lite".
- Install and Open the app.
Configure Xtream Codes
Use the credentials from your welcome email.
- Select "Add Your Playlist (via XC API)".
- Any Name: Voco TV
- Username: (Your Username)
- Password: (Your Password)
- URL: (http://line.voco-dns.com)
- Click Add User.
IBO Player Pro (Smart TV)
This is the BEST player for Samsung and LG Smart TVs. It is very fast and supports 4K.
Install the App on TV
- Go to your TV's App Store (Samsung Hub or LG Content Store).
- Search for "IBO Player" or "IBO Pro".
- Install and Open the app.
- Write down the Device ID and Device Key shown on the screen.
Activate Playlist (Via Website)
You need to use your phone or computer for this step.
- Go to the official website: https://iboplayer.com/device/login
- Enter the Device ID and Key you saw on your TV.
- Click Login.
- Click "Add Playlist" (or "Manage Playlists").
- Playlist Name: Voco IPTV
- Playlist URL (m3u): Paste the long M3U Link we sent you in the email.
- Click Save.
Restart TV App
Go back to your TV. Press the "Reload" button inside the app or simply close and reopen the app. Your channels and movies will appear instantly.
TiviMate (Advanced Users)
TiviMate is considered the gold standard for IPTV players on Android/Firestick. It has the best TV Guide (EPG).
Install TiviMate
Use the Downloader app (as shown in Firestick section) to install TiviMate.
Add Playlist
- Open TiviMate. Click Add Playlist.
- Select Xtream Codes.
- Enter Server Address: http://line.voco-dns.com
- Enter your Username and Password.
- Check "Include VOD" if you want movies.
- Click Next and wait for processing.
Setup EPG (TV Guide)
Usually, it loads automatically. If not:
- Go to Settings > EPG.
- Click Update EPG.
- If it fails, ensure your URL is correct without typos.
Troubleshooting & Fixes
Channels are buffering?
1. Restart your router (unplug for 30s).
2. If using WiFi, try Ethernet cable.
3. Try using a VPN if your ISP is throttling the connection.
"Authentication Failed"?
This means your Username/Password is wrong OR your subscription has expired. Double check for typos (Capital letters matter!).
EPG (Guide) is empty?
Go to app settings and click "Refresh EPG" or "Update Guide". It may take up to 5 minutes to download fully.
