We are unable to solve a technical issue related to our server that prevents you from watching, AND our support team has tried to fix it but failed within 7 days of your purchase.
If you face any issue, you must contact our support team first. We will help you configure your device. If we confirm the issue is unsolvable from our side, we will issue a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that we DO NOT offer refunds in the following cases:
- User Inability to Setup: If you do not know how to setup your device and refuse our help/tutorial, no refund will be given.
- Internet Issues: If your internet speed is slow, unstable, or has high ping (lag), this is not our fault. We recommend 20Mbps+ for 4K streaming.
- Temporary Server Maintenance: Like any online service, occasional server maintenance or short downtime is normal and does not qualify for a refund.
- Wrong MAC Address: If you sent us the wrong MAC address for activation and it was already activated, we cannot revert it.
- Change of Mind: If you simply decided you don't want the service anymore after activation.
- ISP Blocking: If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is blocking IPTV and you refuse to use a VPN.

4. Processing Refunds
